Changes to Your Order

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +60178484885 or email us at scissorsandthorns@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee them if we receive your request at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order by providing us with at least 48 hours' notice before the requested delivery date. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a refund will only be issued if we have not yet started preparing your order. Refund Policy

At Scissors & Thorns, we take great care to source only the finest flowers and products for our customers. Please note:

  • Flowers are perishable, and their lifespan depends on the variety, season, environment, and care. You can generally expect your flowers to last 4–7 days with proper care.
  • Flower availability depends on market conditions and seasonality. As a result, arrangements may differ from images on www.scissorsandthorns.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge there may be slight differences between images and delivered goods.
  • If your flowers do not last for at least 2 days, let us know within this time. We may request photos or images of the original flowers for quality control purposes. Dissatisfaction must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • In some cases, we may request the collection of the original flowers for inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a replacement or refund if the flowers have been disposed of or if photos are unavailable.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

To ensure successful delivery, kindly make sure the recipient or their representative is present at the delivery address during the specified date and time. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
  • The recipient not being present.
  • No valid means of contact provided.
  • Delivery delays caused by building management or security.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to any of the reasons above, a re-delivery will be arranged for an additional fee of RM40. Re-delivery timing will depend on Scissors & Thorns’ scheduling availability.
