Return & Refund Policy
At Scissors & Thorns, all arrangements are handcrafted with fresh flowers and are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Event deposits and custom orders are non-refundable. Any change of delivery date or time must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
