Due to seasonal changes, freshness, and potential shipping shortages, the selection of fresh flowers may vary. The flowers you receive may differ from the reference image; however, we will substitute with flowers of similar value and tone, ensuring the overall look and feel of the arrangement is preserved.
Our deliveries are completed between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM each day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Please rest assured that your beautiful arrangement will reach the recipient before 5 PM.
Please note, we require a day’s notice to process your delivery. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to terms and conditions, a re-delivery will be arranged with a standard charge of RM40 for re-delivery.
